Refund Policy

Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product(s).
 
All returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them (notice, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.) and a copy of the delivery slip enclosed with the delivered Product(s). Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your request and expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Puig UK will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the Product(s).

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases at this time. However, you can make a return at any time within the 30 day period from the date you placed your order with us.

If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we kindly ask that you inform the courier delivering your goods that you wish to sign for it as “received damaged.” This step is important for ensuring that we can assist you effectively.

We recommend that you check all products you receive against your order promptly. If you discover that any product or products are damaged after delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We kindly request that you retain everything you receive, including all packaging and any outer boxes, as these may be required as part of the investigation process.

To report the issue, you can contact us by submitting a request. Please include your order number, the items affected, and any images and/or videos of the damage or fault, including pictures of the bottom of the item and the back or bottom of its box. This information will help us address your concern more efficiently.

In order to investigate any potential quality issues, we will require any faulty items to be returned. Rest assured, we will replace or refund any affected item(s) in this case, post return if eligible.

Please note that we are not liable for wear and tear and/or accidental damage that occurs after delivery.

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please let our Consumer Services team know, by submitting a request with your order number, the item(s) affected and any images you may have of the incorrect item and we will replace once returned. Please note, we may request the return of the item(s) affected.
